We are seeking a skilled Communications Officer to join our team at Premier, a mission-driven not-for-profit organisation based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing our Communications Strategy, which focuses on expanding audience reach and engagement, supporting media relations, and producing tailored content related to policy and influencing work.

The Communications Officer will be responsible for managing stakeholder mapping, overseeing media and communication projects, and creating content for social media and other platforms. They will also coordinate events, monitor media coverage, and ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and are accessible.

We are looking for a proactive, solution-focussed, and innovative individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a comparable role, with a proven track record of successful communications across a wide range of disciplines and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience of evaluating and analysing the impact of communications, identifying opportunities, and making and implementing recommendations. They will also have experience of maintaining effective digital systems, including Content and Customer Management Systems (CRM and CMS), email marketing, and online platforms.
