Job Title: Construction Regulatory Expert

At The Health & Safety Partnership, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Regulatory Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' projects meet the highest standards of building safety and regulatory compliance.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £52,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension, and healthcare.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a construction-related field and membership to RICS, CABE, or CIOB. They will also possess excellent knowledge of the Building Regulations, codes, and associated legislation, as well as experience of working on multiple projects and inspecting buildings and properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations
• Conduct plan reviews and design assessments to ensure compliance for Building Regulation submissions
• Attend client and design team meetings
• Deliver technical advice to clients, contractors, colleagues, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure project design is completed in line with current building regulations and legislation
• Maintain high-quality project outputs and deliverables
• Write reports, including End of Design Stage Reports and Building Regulations Trackers
• Inspect properties and buildings at key stages of the design process
