We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Network Specialist to join our team at Next Ventures in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long-term project with one of the largest global telecommunications companies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing radio network performance through tasks such as tuning, capacity planning, and parameter adjustment to ensure high-quality network coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tune and adjust radio network parameters to optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the project team to support site integration and testing.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues related to radio performance, interference, coverage gaps, and handover failures.
  • Ensure all sites meet necessary quality standards before handing them over to the operations team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in radio network optimization within a roll-out or deployment project.
  • Experience with advanced optimization techniques for 5G networks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Ericsson is desirable.
Compensation:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
