With a rich history of excellence across various sectors, we offer a unique chance to work on large-scale residential projects with leading housebuilders.

About the Role
We seek a highly skilled professional to lead residential projects from start to finish, managing the design process through RIBA stages. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with Product Designers and external construction professionals, conducting site visits to ensure project progress and budget alignment. Strong technical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a client-focused attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within RIBA stages.
• Coordinate design teams, including Product Designers and external consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and budget adherence.
• Liaise with clients and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• ARB/RIBA qualification and UK-based experience.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale residential projects with house developers.
• Strong technical expertise, preferably with proficiency in Revit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A client-focused attitude and ability to deliver projects successfully.
