We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nursery Nurse Apprentice to join our team at Childbase Partnership Limited. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your childcare expertise while pursuing a Level 3 qualification.

About the Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship combines hands-on experience in a nursery setting with theoretical knowledge gained through online training sessions. You will work alongside experienced staff to deliver high-quality care and education to young children.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate, which increases after 6 months and 12 months in post. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including enhanced DBS checks, child discounts, and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to children under 5 years old
  • Assist in planning and implementing activities to promote children's development and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in regular training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine interest in childcare, a caring and compassionate nature, and excellent communication skills. A minimum level 4 maths and English qualification is required, and you will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

A full-time contract, typically 37.5 hours per week, includes 'off-the-job' learning time to support your studies. You will work closely with our experienced trainers and assessors to achieve your Level 3 qualification.
