About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RICS registered Residential Surveyor to join our team at Countrywide Surveying Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the residential surveying industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake lender and private valuation work and L2 surveys
  • Conduct detailed assessments of building construction and pathology
  • Develop strong risk awareness of a regulatory environment

Requirements

  • Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification
  • Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
  • Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential
