About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our client's team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's credit control function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring prompt payment of invoices
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any payment issues or disputes
  • Monitor and report on credit control performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience in a Credit Control position
  • AAT Level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
