We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at The Recruitment Solution. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating workshop activity to meet customer requirements and maximize workshop utilization and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective workshop operations.
- Maximize workshop utilization and productivity to achieve set objectives and customer expectations.
- Ensure the customer database is up-to-date and accurate.
- Identify potential warranty claims and liaise with Aftersales to order parts.
- Complete job cards and undertake performance reviews to initiate training where needed.
- Main Dealer experience is essential.
- Experience within the Workshop Controller environment.
- Understanding of management and training techniques.
- Awareness of Health and Safety policies.
- Ability to be self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Excellent time management skills.
