About The Role

M Group Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Colchester. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enabling projects to be delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

You will support the Delivery/Operational Manager in managing MEICA Projects during periods of high workload or resource shortages. Your responsibilities will include capturing asset changes, raising Early Warning Notices and Change Requests, and ensuring the data and processes in place are robust and auditable.

You will also be responsible for developing solutions to ensure the optimum TOTEX solution is developed in line with corporate governance processes. Additionally, you will challenge data, confirm the need, and analyze risks to establish a clear cost and risk benefit proposition.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer management and external stakeholder management skills. You will also be responsible for completing and complying with all operational Health & Safety requirements to ensure safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Delivery/Operational Manager in managing MEICA Projects
  • Capture asset changes and raise Early Warning Notices and Change Requests
  • Develop solutions to ensure the optimum TOTEX solution is developed
  • Challenge data, confirm the need, and analyze risks
  • Complete and comply with all operational Health & Safety requirements
