We operate from five main hospital sites: Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Scunthorpe General Hospital, and Goole and District Hospital (Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust), and Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital (Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust).
We work closely with the Hull York Medical School, leading and contributing to research in various areas.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Clinical Administration team as a Clinical Administration Specialist, providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients.
The successful candidate will lead an administration team, actively managing end-to-end clinical administrative processes associated with patient pathways, ensuring high-quality administration services.
This role involves clinic letter transcription, liaising with consultants, and helping track patients through their journey to deliver a great patient experience.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Lead an administration team to manage end-to-end clinical administrative processes associated with patient pathways.
- Transcribe clinic letters, liaise with consultants, and help track patients through their journey to deliver a great patient experience.
- A good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English Language.
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent.
- Experience of providing a service to patients or customers.
- Experience of using electronic systems.
- Knowledge of and adherence to General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
- Knowledge of clinical pathways.
