  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and compliance with HSE-related matters.
  5. Monitor and report on HSE metrics, performance indicators, and other relevant data to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Industry Health & Safety qualifications and accreditations (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, relevant subject university degrees).
  • Proven track record in managing site health & safety issues at a senior level and advising management and responding with appropriate actions.
  • Action Skills: Enjoys working hard; is "actions" oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging.
  • Technical Skills: Has a sound functional and technical knowledge of production processes.
  • Technical Learning: Picks up technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge.
  • Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answer.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development, recognition, and rewards for outstanding performance.
