Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Care Operations Manager to oversee the hospitality operations at our Loveday care homes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the hospitality team to deliver exceptional service and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for residents, their families, and guests.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in all areas of the home.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to provide person-centred care and support.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure accurate records and reports are maintained in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
