About the RPG Developer Role

At Moorepay Careers, we're seeking an experienced RPG Developer to join our team within a fast-paced tech environment. This role will play a key part in delivering the long-term strategy of the RPG Engineering function, which is currently leading the business through an exciting period of growth. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that developments are delivered on schedule and fit for purpose, maintaining a high level of quality and alignment to organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the wider Engineering team to deliver software applications.
  • Completing all work allocated in a timely manner and to the expected quality.
  • Participating in Continuous Improvement activities that improve operational effectiveness and product quality.
  • Fully utilising digital systems to optimise delivery of the product roadmap.
  • Engaging with product delivery stakeholders and customers.
