Cyber Security Educator

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Networks & Security Tutor to join our team at Study Group. As a Networks & Security Tutor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students in their exploration of the dynamic world of technology and computer science.
You will work with colleagues across the Centre to ensure the effective delivery of teaching programmes on the Computing, Engineering and Science pathway, in line with our teaching, learning and assessment strategy, broader scholarship and aims for an outstanding student experience.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the design, delivery and development of modules, preparing and delivering teaching lectures, seminars and tutorial sessions, writing and preparing formative and summative assessments, and marking students' formative and summative assessment submissions.
About You
- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant subject area (e.g Computing, Computer Science or Cyber Security) is essential.
- A Master's degree is desirable for teaching at level 3, and essential for teaching at level 6.
- Relevant Teaching Qualification is desirable.
- Experience in teaching relevant subject modules in the UK Higher or Further education sector and experience working with international students is desirable.
