Vision for Education - Kent is seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join their team at a village Primary School in Ashford.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom. You will work closely with the Teacher to develop appropriate resources, schemes of work, and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of teaching programs on a one-on-one basis and in small groups.
- Support the development of resources and teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with the Teacher to achieve academic goals.
- GCSE Maths and English qualifications are essential.
- Experience working in a Primary setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- A passion for helping children reach their academic potential is essential.
- Calm and fair approach consistency is expected.
