About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can lead by example, inspire their team, and drive culinary excellence. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting and mentoring your team to achieve their full potential
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas and culinary concepts
  • Collaborating with our events team to deliver bespoke dining experiences
