We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team of experts in the installation and maintenance of our services. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of our equipment and services in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing and testing our equipment and services in a safe and efficient manner
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to our equipment and services
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with our technical team to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Documenting all work activities and maintaining accurate records

As a Field Service Engineer, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standard. You will be required to work at heights and in all weather conditions, and will need to be comfortable with problem-solving and finding suitable solutions for customers.

We offer a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime and performance-based commission, as well as a company van and 25 days of annual leave. We also provide a first-rate pension programme, access to wellbeing benefits, and support for all family situations.
