Wellbeing Support Worker, Evenings, Bury Specialist

As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of health and care professionals to help vulnerable individuals build confidence, promote health and wellbeing, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers with complex needs and behaviours in active daily living skills, such as personal care.
- Assist customers in maintaining their independence in their own homes.
- Contribute to a safe and stimulating environment for customers.
- Participate in team discussions to identify and address customer needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate empathy and kindness.
