About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Expert to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will harness your expertise in leading-edge project delivery and practical knowledge to unlock the potential in every project.

Your main responsibilities will include developing an awareness of the overall project lifecycle, understanding current planning and schedule management methodologies, building knowledge of common tool sets, and contributing to creating plans and analyzing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from design through to handover, managing large data sets, and summarizing complicated infrastructure projects into portfolio-level schedules.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A construction-related degree (civil, structural engineering, or construction/project management) and exposure to working as a Primavera P6 project planner on large-scale construction/Civils/infrastructure projects.
  • Digital savvy and experience of working on large projects/programmes with strong client relationship-building skills and leadership abilities.
  • An understanding of NEC construction/civils/infrastructure, including rail stations, retail, living accommodation, offices, workshops, sports facilities, and associated infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with other planning software, such as Microsoft Project, Asta Power Project, and Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA).

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working options and opportunities for growth and development.
