Job Overview

Vive, the pioneering app-based charity shop, is seeking a dynamic Co-Founder to accelerate its mission in sustainable fashion. By partnering with ambitious brands, we aim to create a movement where charitable and eco-friendly clothing becomes the norm.

We've secured over £300k in pre-seed funding and are now poised for rapid growth. Our current partnerships with Urban Outfitters, James Perse, ME+EM, and FRAME position us for significant market impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our go-to-market strategy to scale the D2C operation.
  • Raise additional funding to support business expansion.
  • Craft sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to day-to-day company operations, ensuring seamless execution of our vision.

This full-time hybrid role offers a substantial equity stake and requires someone with extensive experience scaling D2C brands. A previous founder's perspective is highly valued, bringing valuable insights to help shape Vive's future.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven success in scaling D2C businesses.
  • Established relationships with key contacts in the fashion industry.
  • A track record of securing funds for business growth.
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience as a founder or key contributor.
What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience. This figure reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.
