We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Richmond Harbour Hotel. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

• Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massage, facials, and body wraps
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of spa products and treatments
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to the development of new spa treatments and services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualification in Spa Therapy
• Temple Spa and Elemis training and experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
