Job Title: Director / Senior Director: Public Relations

MCG Talent is seeking a seasoned communications professional to join our team as a Director / Senior Director: Public Relations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global strategic communications advisory firm, providing expert guidance to clients across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic communications plans to support clients' business objectives.
  2. Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communications solutions.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to inform communications strategies and tactics.
  5. Write and edit communications materials, including press releases, media briefings, and talking points.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and thought leaders.

Requirements:

  1. At least 15 years of experience in government and corporate communications, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  3. Strong writing and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  4. Experience in producing communications materials, including press releases, talking points, and media briefings.
  5. Experience in participating in the development and implementation of communications strategies.
  6. Excellent organisational skills and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Excellent IT skills, including Word, PPT, and Excel.
