Action Mental Health is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to lead our HR function and team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and employment regulations, as well as leadership, communication, and IT skills.

The successful candidate will support the Senior Management Team to ensure the appropriate staff and volunteers are recruited, effectively managed, and developed. This includes having a proven track record of leading a HR team, managing a budget, and using and developing HR data management systems.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be in the region of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
