Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Italian Cuisine Specialist to join our team as a Sous Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and contribute to the success of our Italian dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
  • Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A keen interest in food safety, hygiene, and presentation principles.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£38,000 per annum.
