Children's Home Manager

Location: Newport, Shropshire
Salary: £46,000 to £52,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 39 hours per week (flexibility required)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce, working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Experience in Years: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years
Employment Type: Permanent
Our Ideal Candidate...We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Manager who can lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers. You will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.
