We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team at Zest Business Group, a forward-thinking independent Opticians based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive sight tests for patients of all ages, providing accurate diagnoses and recommendations for corrective eyewear.
- Deliver high-quality contact lens appointments, ensuring patient satisfaction and comfort.
- Develop and lead specialist clinics, including myopia control, Ortho K, Dry eye, and Dyslexia, with training provided.
- Collaborate with the team to drive business growth, develop new services, and enhance patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Passion for Optometry and a strong commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 to £70,000 DOE.
- A great work-life balance with no Sundays, bank holidays, and a guaranteed 10 Saturdays off a year.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
