Project Manager Opportunity at Wates

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of schemes in our Planned Works division. The successful candidate will be based in the Kilburn area and will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed programmes and schedules to monitor and report progress.
  • Establish quality expectations and incorporate them into the Quality Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for Health and Safety.
  • Secure and manage resources to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of projects, including support to customers/end users.
  • Establish a communications plan and define accountabilities for team members.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a main contractor on similar projects and possess knowledge of elevational treatment, EWI decorative panelling, and replacement windows.
