Reach PLC is a leading digital publisher, and we are currently seeking an Affiliate Sales Manager to drive our affiliate initiative to continued success.

This role involves building and expanding direct commercial relationships with key affiliate partners, top-tier retailers, and new potential partners. You will also be responsible for analysing data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimise performance.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving success in the affiliate sector, with experience in achieving commercial goals and negotiating performance and fixed-fee deals. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills are also essential, along with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including enhanced family leave, private healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support, and more.
