  4. Delivering exceptional client service through professional communication.
  5. Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal procedures and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with 2–3+ years of service.
  • Proficiency in IT and typing skills.
  • Strong understanding of property-related forms and searches.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
