Job Summary:

This Compliance Monitoring Associate role is ideal for someone with experience in compliance and regulatory affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our client's operations are compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance monitoring program.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
  • Report on compliance activities and findings to senior management.
  • Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compliance training to staff members.
  • Stay up to date on regulatory changes within the financial services industry.

Requirements:

  • A degree in law, finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in risk management and compliance software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
