Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our 28 Bedded ITU Unit at London Bridge Hospital. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the critical care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
- General ITU or Cardiac ITU experience.
- Excellent communication skills with good time management and prioritization skills.
