Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with significant scope and scale, providing intelligent and creative solutions to client tax issues.
  • Help lead our Corporation Tax compliance offering to large UK corporates, including large UK groups and multinational groups.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of tax issues associated with large corporates, including corporate interest restriction, Country-by-Country reporting, and SAO.
  • Manage financial operations of the team and meet own financial targets.
  • Consult on technical areas, including identifying support for technical risk.
  • Write and communicate high-quality tax deliverables tailored to client needs.
  • Adhere to the firm's risk management processes and procedures.
  • Proactively manage own career, seeking opportunities to work on various assignments.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a corporation tax department of a large practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including tax issues affecting large corporates.
  • Approachable and respected team member who takes a proactive interest in team performance, development, and wellbeing.
