At Twinings, we're seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
  • Overhaul and refurbish mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement machine modifications and upgrades to improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to operations teams to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Implement best practice maintenance techniques to optimize equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice-trained electrical/mechanical engineer or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing engineering equipment and processes.
  • Ability to work on a 3-shift rotation pattern.
  • At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing engineering.
