Job Title: Recruitment Campaign and Talent Acquisition Lead

St John and St Elizabeth Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Campaign and Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving recruitment campaigns and managing talents in the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce vacancies across the hospital.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the most effective platforms for candidate attraction.
  • Support the recruitment coordinators in their daily activities, providing them with consistent guidance and monitoring of metrics for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Hospital Marketing team to produce cost-effective social media campaigns and online presence.
  • Champion the use of automated recruitment systems and provide support to the recruitment team and stakeholders to maximize the benefits.
  • Maintain the recruitment log in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports as required by the business.
  • Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued confidence and trust in the resourcing and retention function.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience of designing and delivering attraction campaigns and assessment centers.
  • Proven experience of managing recruitment campaigns and events.
  • Good experience of marketing and social media.
  • Use of IT systems and automation for efficiencies.
  • Experience of working to strict deadlines in a fast-moving HR environment.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm to improve systems, processes, and service delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
