We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Belfast. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering top-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end cost management services to clients, ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on cost management and quantity surveying best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cost management and quantity surveying, ideally with a construction consultancy.
  • MRICS or currently working towards, with a RICS accredited degree qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
