Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant Role

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and positive individuals to support pupils with various Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to pupils with SEN.
  • Assist with general classroom activities and support the class teacher.
  • Encourage and motivate students through sports and physical activities.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A-level, foundation degree or a degree in Sports or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Provide 2 or more references covering the last 24 months.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
