Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Engineer Opportunity

Bennett and Game Recruitment is representing a world leader in the design, engineering, and delivery of turnkey projects to the industrial gases sector. We are currently seeking an Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and specify electrical and control equipment and hardware based on project requirements
  • Design and implement detailed electrical and control systems
  • Participate in HAZOP/LOPA studies, risk assessments, and evaluate plant protection systems' integrity
  • Conduct factory and site acceptance tests
  • Lead pre-commissioning tests and final plant start-up
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven capability in the design, implementation, and management of electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Experience participating in HAZOP/LOPA studies and risk assessments
  • Familiarity with the procurement and installation of electrical and control equipment
  • Ability to generate and evaluate E&I installation tender packages
  • Full driving license
  • Based within a commutable distance of Godalming
Benefits
  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • Performance bonus
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 - 16:00
