Apprentice Estimator

- Manage subcontractor payments and ensure timely receipt of invoices.
- Oversee variation accounts and forecast final project costs.
- Identify and mitigate financial, design, production, and contractual risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to issue enquiries and receive quotations.
Our client is a leading fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering exceptional professional services to a number of leading clients across the UK. They specialize in shop fitting, bars and restaurants, and leisure schemes, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects valued up to £5m.
