Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Oxygen Service Clinician. This is a part-time (30hr) vacancy in the Worcestershire Home Oxygen Service, where you will work with adults who require oxygen therapy in their homes.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs. As a Home Oxygen Service Clinician, you will be responsible for:

  • Triage and assessment of patients for oxygen therapy
  • Development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Education and training of patients and carers
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives and research projects

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
