We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at The Mount as a Primary Care Physician for Home Visits.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and continuity of care. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients who may have difficulty accessing traditional healthcare settings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess patients' medical needs, provide diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Perform routine medical examinations, screenings, and diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Presume medication, administer treatments, and provide ongoing management.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.
