About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Rugby. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise.
  2. Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including servicing and repairs.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  4. Contribute to the development of the workshop area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Automotive Technology or a similar field.
  • Current experience working as an Automotive Technician or in a related role.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
