Patient Care Assistant

We are looking for a Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Famau Ward Denbigh Infirmary. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and support.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting registered nurses with direct nursing care, undertaking delegated tasks, and escorting patients to various destinations safely.
You will also be responsible for performing patient observations, accurately documenting patient information, and reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse in charge.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and dynamic work environment. The salary for this role is approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
