About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Telecoms Project Manager to join our team at Office Equipment Systems Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT and telecoms solutions to businesses across North Wales.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and managing IT and telecoms projects, handling tasks such as provisioning, number porting, hardware orders, managing suppliers, and scheduling engineering diaries.

You will also facilitate initial kick-off meetings with sales, engineering, and customers, consistently update customers on the progress of their orders, and provide a clear handover to both clients and support teams.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to quality service.

The successful candidate will have previous project management experience, preferably in telecoms and IT project delivery and provisioning. A basic salary of £27,500 - £32,000 per annum is offered, along with a staff share equity scheme, new customer referral incentive, and 21 days holiday increasing to 25 with 4 years of service.
