Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Area Managers, specialist teams, and other Senior Management to drive improvement initiatives across early years settings. Responsibilities will include conducting internal inspections, ensuring compliance with EYFS welfare requirements, supporting assigned nurseries in improving standards and outcomes, and delivering training to enhance staff knowledge of the EYFS.
