Key Responsibilities

As a Fund Assistant Manager, you will assist with the management of day-to-day accounting services in the specific service line to ensure that the team consistently meet deadlines and provide a first-class and highly professional service at all times.

You will help to develop an expanding internal Centre of Excellence (CoE) and oversee resource planning for team members and participate in accounting-related projects.

Manage the timely and accurate production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.

Monitor the quality and service levels of the team ensuring compliance with ISAE 3402 requirements.

Ensure financial statements prepared are in line with UK GAAP/IFRS or other appropriate standards.

Monitoring all jobs of the client to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Planning and organizing own client portfolio and team time planning.

Understands and complies with relevant organizational policies and procedures, supporting the Senior Manager to manage risks around the accounting function.

Recognized accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA).

A minimum of 4 years' practical accounting work experience.

Direct experience of producing financial statements for a variety of corporate entities within various jurisdictions.

Experience of managing, developing, and coaching others in a team environment.

Experience in a financial services environment, ideally in fund administration and/or real estate is preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
