About the Team

We are a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to our service users. Our team is led by an experienced Rehabilitation Service Leader who has a proven track record of delivering high-quality care in a residential care setting.

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the care team to deliver high-quality care to 90 male patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team to deliver high-quality care to 90 male patients
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians to develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or healthcare management
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of the Mental Health Act and related legislation
What We Offer
