Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sickness absence management strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Design and deliver vaccination clinics to ensure the health and safety of employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with experience in occupational health.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 pro rata.
