About the Role

We are seeking an Electrical Inspector to join our team at Sigma Recruitment. As an Electrical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of plant engineering assets, identifying any potential issues, and maintaining equipment to the highest standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and addressing any deviations in equipment performance
• Ensuring routine maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards
• Supporting electrical maintenance technicians and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and effectively
• Working with contractors to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the required quality
• Utilising predictive maintenance techniques to keep equipment running optimally
• Keeping equipment documentation and drawings up-to-date

What We Offer

A salary between £36,000 - £40,000 (working DAYS Monday to Friday), plus a bonus of up to 5%, a pension, and a cash healthcare plan.

Requirements

• Experience as an electrical maintenance technician, electrical inspector, or electrical engineer within a manufacturing environment
• An NVQ level 3 or higher in electrical engineering
• A solid understanding of preventive maintenance programs and tools
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques to prevent downtime
