Ecommerce Manager Role

Naturya, a leading brand in the health food industry, is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive our growth on Amazon and our e-commerce website. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and professional development in a rapidly expanding business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Marketplace Management: Optimize product listings, monitor sales performance, and oversee advertising campaigns to drive growth.
  • Website E-commerce Management: Improve UX, CRO, and coordinate product launches, promotions, and customer journeys to enhance the customer experience.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to maximize online sales, increase revenue, and improve customer retention across both platforms.
  • Product Listings & SEO Optimization: Ensure product descriptions, images, and reviews are optimized for both Amazon and the website using best SEO practices.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with our operations team to manage stock levels, ensuring high product availability and minimizing stockouts.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor performance to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to optimize growth.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Manage advertising to drive traffic and sales while ensuring a healthy ROAS.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to deliver cohesive and effective digital campaigns and enhance the customer experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor reviews, customer feedback, and queries on both platforms, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with experience in Amazon Seller Central and Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and other marketplace tools.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce websites.
  • Previous Junior Account Management experience in FMCG a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Experience with web analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and nutrition is a big plus.
