Job Title: Senior Charter Building Surveyor

Beach Baker is seeking a highly skilled Senior Charter Building Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Charter Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out building surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2, and commercial surveys. You will also have a working knowledge of planning and heritage legislation and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out building surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2
  • Commercial surveys
  • Maintenance and dilapidations inspections, schedules, and negotiations
  • Project management & contract administration (JCT suite)
Requirements:
